Sara & Adam

Adam and Sara first met in college, in 2007, at the well renowned university of Eastern Illinois (EI EI EIU!). They hung out in the same friend group and instantly became close friends. Most weekends were filled with outdoor activities and classing it up at the local Charleston bars.

 

After college they went their separate ways, Sara moved to Champaign, IL and Adam moved to Chicago, IL, but they always kept in touch making sure to visit each other once and while. After 6 years, or what seemed like forever, Sara came to her senses and moved back home and into the city. 

 

It was like no time had passed and their friendship picked up where they left off, spending more time together. After a night out at Whiskey Business in Chicago, Sara made her move and ever since they have been together. Adam would like to point out that he has had a “crush” on Sara since EIU and this has been a long time coming!

 

Through it all they have always shared a love for the outdoors, making each other laugh and the culinary arts. They cannot wait to start this new chapter of their lives with everyone they love by their side. What better way than to start it off with a celebration in Mexico!

The ceremony and reception will both be held on the beach, so please plan accordingly. Heels are not recommended, but sandals or barefoot are!
